The Alians Proximal Humerus range offers implants for adult proximal humerus fractures, dislocations, osteotomies, and non-unions. Available in six sizes, the plates provide precise stabilization across a wide range of fracture patterns..

Alians Proximal Humerus Plating System

A range of implants and dedicated instrumentation for the reduction of simple and complex proximal humerus fractures:

  •  Six lengths of asymmetrical plates, with the two longest versions available only as sterile, on-demand options

  • The plate is designed to be positioned along the bicipital groove and 15 mm from the proximal edge of the greater tuberosity.

  • The plates are shaped to match the anatomical slope of the proximal humerus

  • The orientation of the proximal screws allows optimized positioning and construct stability in the humeral head (monoaxial locking screws targeting the inferior quadrants and polyaxial locking screws). The three polyaxial locking screws give these plates the advantage of treating various fracture types

  • Each plate includes suture holes designed to be used before or after reduction, allowing stabilization of the tuberosities by securing the plate to the rotator cuff

  • Blunt-tipped screws are designed to be positioned as close as possible to the articular surface

  • The oblong hole allows for adjustment of the plate height
