The Donor Tissue Bank of Victoria provides a comprehensive selection criteria. Tissue is retrieved by highly trained technical staff in sterile field conditions.

Australian Allografts - ACTIFUSE®
ACTIFUSE® is a fully synthetic bone graft substitute composed of porous silicate-substituted calcium phosphate, designed to support bone formation and natural bone regeneration.
It is indicated for filling osseous voids and gaps and may be used alone or as a bone graft extender with autologous bone. ACTIFUSE® is suitable for applications including spinal fusion and small bone void filling and is intended for use alongside appropriate fixation where mechanical support is required.
Following implantation, the material is gradually resorbed and replaced by newly formed bone as part of the natural healing process.
