Link SPII ® Model Lubinus Hip System
Proven over 40 years. Designed for reliable long-term performance.
The SPII Model Lubinus is a clinically proven cemented hip system designed to support anatomical reconstruction, rotational stability and secure fixation.
Features:
Anatomical Design – Curved stem geometry promotes central positioning and a uniform cement mantle, while ribs enhance rotational stability.
Reduced Fracture Risk – Studies report a lower risk of postoperative periprosthetic fractures compared with polished tapered stems.
Flexible Reconstruction – Multiple stem, neck length and CCD angle options provide flexibility for primary and revision procedures.
Successfully used for over 40 years
Proven by a multitude of clinical data
Minimally invasive implantation

Link MP® Reconstruction Prosthesis
Modular, cementless and cemented prosthesis for hip joint revision The MP® reconstruction prosthesis is designed for the replacement of loosened hip prostheses with extensive proximal femoral defects, which no longer permit implantation of standard prostheses. The different prosthesis components form a modular system consisting of a prosthetic head, stem, tapered neck segment, spacers for equalizing leg length and an expansion bolt.
Features:
The micro porous or HX® (calcium phosphate) coated surface promotes bone ongrowth
Various modular neck components to provide an intraoperative adjustment of the anteversion and lateralisation
Prosthetic heads from cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy or BIOLOX® forte and BIOLOX® delta* ceramic in different diameters
*BIOLOX® forte and BIOLOX®delta are products of CeramTec GmbH, Plochingen, Germany.
Link MEGASYSTEM-C® - Modular Tumor and Revision System
The high modularity of the MEGASYSTEM-C® allows partial bone replacements both in the proximal and distal femur in small increments as well as a total replacement of the femur. For knee joint replacement, implants of the knee joint system Endo-Model® and Endo-Model® SL® are integrated into the MEGASYSTEM-C®.
Features:
Compatible with standard implant systems (MP® Hip Revision System and Endo-Model® knee joint components)
Modularity of the system makes it possible to react flexibly to intraoperative situations
Cementable and cementless anchoring stems
Leg length adjustment in 10 mm increments
Microporous Implant surfaces support bone on-growth
Link Vario-Cup Prosthesis System
The LINK® Vario-Cup Prosthesis System features a UHMWPE acetabular component with an ultra-smooth polished metal outer casing, designed for use with LINK® Total Hip Systems.
Available in a finely graduated range of sizes, the system allows for accurate sizing and optimal fit within the acetabulum. Multiple inner diameters accommodate LINK® Prosthesis Heads, with an optional anti-luxation safety ring available to help reduce the risk of dislocation.
Features:
Reduced movement between the acetabular cup and bone through internal articulation between the prosthesis head and polyethylene insert.
Compatible with LINK® Total Hip Prosthesis Systems and LINK® Prosthesis Heads in 24, 28 and 32 mm.
Safety ring helps minimise the risk of dislocation.
Reduced micromovement between the polyethylene insert and metal casing helps minimise wear and abrasion.
Precise sizing and manufacturing further support reduced abrasion and optimal fit.
Manufactured from cast CoCrMo alloy for durability.
